did quite a bit of tweaking to my website, which you'll recall i spent 10 years re-doing on friday. well, today it's only been about... four hours, which i think is pretty good, and i'm very happy with how it looks now. whew. i got the idea last night looking at ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)

only now i've just realised that i accidentally deleted the links to my two cracked-out crossovers (hetty wainthropp/chain of fools and, uh, batverse/rps with the joker/harlan ellison. as you may imagine, the latter was the result of a particularly cracky chat with, i think,hollsk). and the universe doesn't want to be without the former--the fandom consists of only two stories, mine and one by dorkorific. and it probably wants to be without the latter, but that's too bad, 'cause i am totally diabolical and i'm going to put it back up. bwahahahah.
i asked wax today how the kitties manage to be so incredibly cute all the time and she pointed out very astutely that it's their job. and it's not like they have anything else to do. (wrong: they can beg for food and water as well as horking up hairballs and vomit, and producing foul stenches. but i digress!) which is a good point, really. eta: from other room: "tea! tea! do you HAVE TO eat the plant? goddammit, you're just a, a, planto...vog." me: "a WHAT?" "something that eats plants... which is also called... an herbivore, but..."
