cimorene: cartoony drawing of a woman's head in profile giving dubious side-eye (interrupted)

there's a reason it's called cracktastic.

i may have given some people the impression that i was on the internet today when, in fact, i wasn't, because almost as soon as i turned my computer on, i went to make a minor alteration to a grey flannel skirt and... that ended up taking seven hours. meanwhile, the cat knocked my mouse on the floor and somehow magically made it stop working, so whatever was said to me i missed in the ensuing restart. the only thing i DID do, in fact, was watch the cracktastic atobe short this morning.

cracktastic atobe short

and well oshitari might ask this question, because the cracktastic atobe short was so crack-filled that i actually did laugh until i hurt myself (specifically, my throat). i won't try to illustrate the crack now. but... eiji has on his wedding ring from band of princes again! )

and [livejournal.com profile] elfiepike: if you, by chance, heard the faint echo of a faraway high-pitched shriek last night, that was because i got your package and opened it and found THIS. omg. *_*

when you said postcards, i was thinking i would have to send one to you, but now of course i realise that i can never part with a single one of these. i should probably frame them as soon as possible. i will send you some other sort of postcard, instead.

i thought jessica biel would be a good enough reason to watch blade trinity, but actually it's really boring, even with the high jessica-biel's-abdomen content. the early buffy wax has been watching this week is way more entertaining. that season 2 halloween episode is really a classic.

last week [livejournal.com profile] shiroi_chi dragged me into a used dvd store and i succumbed to the temptation of dr strangelove on dvd (eller: hur jag slutade ängslas och lärde mig älska bomben! it says right on the box!). i only remembered how great it was and not any of its details, because i hadn't seen it in six years, but it was even greater than i remembered. and really, any movie where half the major roles are played by peter sellers can't go wrong.
