Working as I do in technical support I knew that India was on the minds of every contact center manager in the tech industry. I didn't know, but am not surprised, to learn that the Republican Party uses call centers in India for fund raising.


pirate news:
Pirates On The High Seas 
Pirate fishing, that is, of a rare, regulated and perhaps critically endangered species. A 20-day, 4700-mile high-seas chase by an Australian fisheries patrol boat finally nabs the Uruguayan trawler in the South Atlantic. With the ever-increasing number of fisheries in steep decline, and fishing bans and marine reserves on the rise, I'm betting such dramatic scenarios will become ever more common.
