hmm, i do, don't i? i tend to attack one like a dog with a bone for a while, then move on. but i don't write in all of them as i'm passing through. popslash was my first, and star trek is my One True. and, well, she-ra and diana wynne jones are things i've loved since childhood... there's something deliciously subversive about recasting the classics of your own childhood this way.
