since it was said off the record, i think it has to be taken with a small grain of salt, but only a small one. i find it quite believable and very close to what one would suspect anyway. and it fits in quite well with all the facts.

i think that nixon analogy is right on the spot. he seems more and more like nixon every day, if you ask me.
