They look like Adidas to me, although I have not been able to find anything on the website in that exact color (observe (http://www.thestore.adidas.com/cgi-bin/adilive/b2c/index.w?source=&promo=usprdwf&location=b2c/gateway.w?type%3Ddag%26code%3DFW)). I'm sure any decent Adidas/sporting goods store would have these in blue.
