hum. i've been going over beta-notes for the domlij and trying to fix it for... like... four hours. why did it take so long? god knows. is it done? ahaha. no. i have sent questions and revisions off to be approved... and i still need to go back through it and try to fix everything for run-on sentence issues and clarity. don't know if i have the stamina for that just yet.

i talked to my mother yesterday morning and said, "it's been very warm here."

her: "oh, really? well, down here it's been kind of cold, like in the 70s [21-26 C]."

me: "...by 'warm,' i meant 65 [18 C]."

oh god. have i become a northerner already? aiiieee.

Welcome to the Great White North, where 65 is, indeed, warm. Don't worry - I was once a Southern belle too (San Antonio) and there's no shame in feeling the change in temperature. Or not feeling. *shiver* But just you wait 'til the summer...

and i muchly appreciate it. cos i just don't get F. even though this girl sent me a room thermometer that works in F... i am still to dim to get it.

temperatures get too high in F. it scares me. things that can go over 100 are just not right.
