it's been a fambly kind of day.

the first thing that happened this morning aside from reading an article about the swedish and american welfare states was that i saw kitten_head--for almost two decades my favourite person, until i met the wax_jismlet--had come online. i haven't spoken to her in real time, let alone in person, since last summer or spring, i think. we haven't seen each other since our cousin panda's wedding almost a year and a half ago.

and now? cutest letter EVER from my wee sister cuddlepint and her absolutely adorable best friend rashika.
