i understand perfectly - that is how i use my del.icio.us too (if you ever want to read any prince of tennis you should check it out - i've tagged hundreds of tenipuri stories (http://del.icio.us/cimness/pot/), though not much else because i've been binging for months) although i skip some things that might qualify as readable, if there's enough fic in the pairing. and likewise, i forgive errors here that i wouldn't in more western or media-based fandoms. anime fandom really does have a much lower overall quality.

i remember that episode well! and it's even better in the manga! because that was one of the episodes with kind of deformed crappy drawing but the art was gorgeous in the manga... and the watercoloured panel of ashiwara sleeping all dishevelled and his foot sticking out of the blankets... god. *__* and i'm not surprised, because people usually are unwilling to give enough exposition for the really intense and important pairings in canon; they just skive off and skip over it, or else write background pairings where they can get away with making up more of the details.

hah, aja only got into hikago about a year ago and she didn't even mention to me that she had written any of it. perhaps it was short or unfinished or something else to make her crack-headedly consider that it didn't count.
