i'm not sure which one i'd prefer actually. it's a tradeoff, and sometimes i get sick of reading in a small fandom and want a big one, and vice versa. but i definitely dislike both really really tiny ones (which i don't exactly count as proper fandoms in my mind, not seriously) and really really giant ones.
