Oh You Tube!
I just realised that when this video came out - well, okay, it went like this.
I was posting with this icon last night and remembering making caps from the video ("La Tortura"). I managed to download it to my harddrive only after combing the network of Spanish-language Shakira fansites for one that had a bunch of downloadables and a sad little embedded Windows Media Player (I also dl'ed these hilarious low-quality rips of Shakira's pre-Pies Descalzos discography, two awful 80s/90s albums that I'm fairly sure were ripped from cassette tapes). And I thought "Well, I was dumb, why didn't I watch on YouTube?"
And then I remembered! That was only a couple of years ago, but YouTube didn't exist. Our lives have changed so much!
