Uhm, around what should a thing/idea/etc. be centered if not around itself? x-mas not centered around christian beliefs makes no sense - that's why the secular x-mas is such a perverted beast which practically is nothing but commerce. Around what shall a culture be centered if not around that which makes it this specific culture? Sorry, I just don't get it.
