there seemed to be a $270 price difference between the flight i wanted and the cheapest, which would have been too much for my parents. upon some poking, however, i have determined that that one takes nine hours starting way too early in the morning, since we'd have to get to the airport by three or 3:30 am. the difference between the cheapest reasonable flight and the one that i want is only $144, so i might be able to afford the difference between what they'll pay and what it costs.

i desperately want some new shoes. help me. *whimper*
