cameraphone vs camera+phone

I'm debating buying a new camera and a new phone versus a new cameraphone.

camera+phonecameraphone
€145-199 + €60, or possibly a second-hand one, in theory (Wax wants me to ask my SIL for her old one, but I don't really want a phone that fancy and don't fancy asking anyone for their phone, anyway, and it's not like my current one is completely dead YET)€280 direct from Nokia
camera is more advanced: 8 megapixels, optical zoomcamera is still more advanced than my current one at 3,2 megapixels, which is already more advanced than I really *need*
I lose my camera a lot. That probably wouldn't change. Also, I find myself wishing I'd brought my camera with me when I haven't.Never lose it, because then you can just *call* it to find out where it is! And never be like "shit, I didn't bring the camera" again, because you never leave your phone behind.

Review of the Nokia N73 with pictures
Olympus FE-280 (€145) and Canon IXUS 80 IS (€199) (I'm tempted by the latter mainly because it comes in prettier colours, but if I got the former the difference in price would be substantial)
Nokia 1650, a small, pretty but bare-bones phone, €59

I keep making up my mind first one way, and then the other. The difference in cost, as you can see, could be up to €70, which is not insignificant. I don't get paid until sometime next week, so I have plenty of time to make up my mind...
