_swallow evinced some interest in something a bit taller than a sneaker, but equally comfortable and cute, and so I've made this introduction to the world of cute, casual low boots.

Wow. In my dorky glam days I would have killed for these (http://pics.livejournal.com/cimness/pic/00pkecda/g299). Nowadays I lean more towards these (http://pics.livejournal.com/cimness/pic/00pkg31p/g299), I think - they even look like they might be comfortable on my weird feet.

You could probably just get wider ones and the Docs would be quite comfortable too, to be fair. They're very flexible and squishy-soled.
