They're not online in the official US shop, but it's possible they simply haven't arrived yet, as DM is a UK brand, and Jenny is marked "New!"

Also, when I bought my Vondas they were selling out all over the place and I was reduced to googling "Buy Dr. Martens Vonda online UK" and variations thereof. It was pretty effective though so you might try it - pretty much every site that sells them will have the name of the style on the page.

All of this advice/help is phenomenal, thank you so much! I'm going to stalk the US site until the Blair shows up, at which point I will have Achieved Winter Boots. Fingers crossed that that happens before winter actually starts.

I actually wear Vonda all winter (albeit sometimes with three pairs of socks consisting of over-the-knee socks underneath, then chenille for insulation, then thick wool) and they are amply warm enough for Finland's typical winters, which sometimes do get quite far below freezing! I can't help thinking I'd really like the fur ones too, though. If only I could afford to fill my closet with novelty Docs. :(

Yeahhhh I love the flocked pattern, but the 14-eye pink ones are the ones that I think work the best. Except a pair I saved that are glitter gold on black (Adam? Are these yours?).

[nods] They do look much warmer/waterproof/fuzzy. But I'm in Dallas, land of one snow fall (maybe) per winter, and could perhaps get away with something less practical... hmm. Does need to be waterproof, though.

Being leather, they are probably fine. My boots are unlined, and I wear them through the winter (just with two extra pairs of socks when it gets well below freezing). They have embroidery too, which looks fine despite being attacked by rain and snow. It's possible the flocking would be more easily damaged though. I'm not sure exactly how it is made. The color, at least, would probably stay...
