Probably nothing but tailoring would have really worked since my other problem is having a torso firmly in children's sizes. Children's swimsuits tend not to have the kind of design and dignity that a teenaged ego wants. Also I refused to wear one without a built-in bra because the social rule that the outline of one's nipples should Never Ever!!! be detected was really, really strict in the South. Finding a built-in bra that will actually fit a mostly-flat chest with a <30" ribcage is basically an impossible task.
