Wow, I had no idea the fad was that popular! It hasn't got very far in Finland, I don't think, judging by what I see out and about.

I am only mildly lactose intolerant, a common trait in Finland, so it's easy to get lactose-free dairy products. I get actually dairy-free stuff when it's available, like almond milk or soy creams, but I still use lactose-free cheeses (I've never been brave enough to go all out with a cheese soup or mac and cheese, but I do put it on pizza, and that's okay).
