I find that a lot of things are more painful now that I am "woke," as the kids say. We were re-watching Bruce Willis in "Unbreakable" (in advance of "Glass"), and the opening scene has his character hitting on the woman in the airplane seat next to him. She keeps looking away, going back to her magazine, smiling briefly and then not. And I'm just shouting at the TV, "You asshole! Leave her alone!"
Stuff that I didn't notice as much 10 years ago. I knew he pushed it for too long, but it wasn't apparent by the second sentence out of his mouth, the way it is now.
