Oh fuck, please do, that is seriously starting to sound like someone's just not doing their job or that Mail Machine Broke >:/ The phone service line might be your best bet, b/c what complaints we have usually come in as e-mails through the call center, or find out what center handles your parcel deliveries and mail their manager directly. We have 3-4 ongoing service monitoring for customers per month, and it's usually stuff like tracking what mail centers the product comes through, and if it has correct stamping/address information. Also, tracking reveals if someone on the route is slacking off -- I got a very fiery feedback mail once from the route I was working, because turns out the person who'd been doing it for the past month hadn't given a shit about correctly sending out parcel slips and a lot of the stuff that person had ordered had been sent back or gone missing
