In 2015 I wrote 2 big posts on Ivanhoe. The heroine of "Ivanhoe" was written before I'd actually read the original, & is about how Rebecca has always been felt to be the heroine of Ivanhoe, even though she's not the female romantic lead. I wrote Mis-reading "Ivanhoe" after Mr Dr Science & I read the book, and were surprised at how different it is from what we'd been led to expect.
