She went home (IL) for the weekend (and I just assume zero/very very little net access when she's there). Her roommate was nice enough to inform me earlier this afternoon when I called to inquire if she had died or fallen off the face of the planet.

I'd say we need to get her better connected but dorm connections are about as good as it gets. I shudder to think about what'll happen in a few weeks after graduation :)
