i have reached saturation point. all the japanese-fad stuff floating all over the place on the 'net--the japanese-insertion variety of looki'msocool!speak--has become completely irritating.

you know... ? no, nevermind. sometimes people just make me tired. it's taken me a while to reach the conclusion that any strategy but ignoring just makes you tireder.

i complimented the color of a woman's shirt today (purple) and she said, 'well, thank you. but i should really be wearing red white and blue.'

i was flabbergasted. 'what, today? no. it's only thursday.'

memorial day is monday, people. but the red white and blue shit was everywhere today at the store.

I get that all the time, especially around Thanksgiving. I actually had an American in a chat room ask me if I was retarded when I said I had to go start thanksgiving supper. I tried to tell him that Canadians have it in early October, but he just ended up insulting Canadians a lot so I left.
