I think the main reason you're not to use it for buttfucking is because it's petroleum-based and will fuck up the condom. So maybe they'll smell a bit funny in the morning but I don't think it'll kill them. Unless they give each other something nasty.
you're supposed to use water-based lubricant for the sake of your skin too. i guess it won't kill them, but it might be uncomfortable or smell bad...? what happens if new wounds on the inside of the ass can't breathe or if the semen can't, like... get out of them?
Wounds on the inside of the ass don't breathe anyway, do they? And semen isn't dangerous, it's organic. And the natural movement of the bowels will clean the oil right out of there.
