164: seigaku's surprising secret plan

i thought jessica biel would be a good enough reason to watch blade trinity, but actually it's really boring, even with the high jessica-biel's-abdomen content. the early buffy wax has been watching this week is way more entertaining. that season 2 halloween episode is really a classic.

last week [livejournal.com profile] shiroi_chi dragged me into a used dvd store and i succumbed to the temptation of dr strangelove on dvd (eller: hur jag slutade ängslas och lärde mig älska bomben! it says right on the box!). i only remembered how great it was and not any of its details, because i hadn't seen it in six years, but it was even greater than i remembered. and really, any movie where half the major roles are played by peter sellers can't go wrong.

heh, no way do I believe they were running that low on sports to participate in. Oishi just likes the pretty wand.

i left out the one of him blushing and frowning, with the caption, "don't be embarrassed!"

...that's pretty gay.

I. Yeah. I'm not getting over just how gay that is.

I remember LOVING Blade Trinity. I can't remember why apart from Ryan Reynolds, but there was definite love. And I went and saw it at the cinema, and resented doing so, and even complained to the person who I bought the ticket off (because, yeah, apparently I'm a whiny bitch when I don't get my own way), but no, all the whining was for naught because I thought Ryan Reynolds was faaaabulous.
