scotland vs wales

Wax thinks Wales is funnier than Scotland, but I can't agree. What do YOU think?

people from scotland are funnier, but the welsh are more attractive and make better television (although i would dearly love to see an episode of Glasgow Torchwood). i am allowed to make this kind of sweeping and slightly racist generalisation because i am scottish.
