Wow. I must not have been paying attention very much, because I thought you were referring to a person at first and then when I got to the tail bit my eyes just bugged out. LOL.

so, the "naked little tail lashing" gave me a mental image of the lashing tail of an alien from _Pitch Black_. I think that means that Wax is Vin Diesel.

Coincidentally we just watched the trailer for the new Fast & the Furious and Wax was all flaily with squee! Also she yelled at Vin, "HI BABY!" when he appeared. XD

Yes! I thought it was some wacky spy movie, but then I saw that sexy bald head. I really have a thing for bald guys, now. We really need another xXx movie, though, not another F&F. I mean, is he so bored that he thinks it's a good idea? Now I have to see it.
