Ah ha! My cute sandal-heels are like the "Edith", but the toes are black, the heels are brown, the mid-foot and laced area is cream, and the sides are cut out. What sort of style would you call that shoe?
If the toe is closed still and only the sides are cut out, it isn't really a sandal, I guess. I don't think I am aware of a special term for that, aside from 'cutouts', but many T-straps, for example, are sideless.
If the colorblocks join with broguing (rows of tiny perforations along the edges of each piece), then they are spectators, (side cut-out spectator shoes would be how I would describe that), a derivative of the men's oxford-style spectator shoe. Nowadays, it's not uncommon for spectator pumps to contain three or more colors, a trend that was giant a few years ago and came back a bit longer ago then that at the instigation of one of those runway brands although I can't remember which one anymore.
Also, I see from Google images that if the styling is colorblocky enough they are still considered spectators by many people regardless of the presence of broguing.
