Date: 5 Sep 2013 03:24 am (UTC)If the colorblocks join with broguing (rows of tiny perforations along the edges of each piece), then they are spectators, (side cut-out spectator shoes would be how I would describe that), a derivative of the men's oxford-style spectator shoe. Nowadays, it's not uncommon for spectator pumps to contain three or more colors, a trend that was giant a few years ago and came back a bit longer ago then that at the instigation of one of those runway brands although I can't remember which one anymore.
Also, I see from Google images that if the styling is colorblocky enough they are still considered spectators by many people regardless of the presence of broguing.
