well, firstly, i'm not exactly an expert--i've been chronicling it, is all. as i said, i haven't read thou; i became involved in the initial kerfluffle because of my kerfluffdate-summaries of it.

that said, i don't know if she thinks you're a part of it--daisy's fans are legion, and very close-knit and loyal. oh, hell, they're fanatic minions, in many cases.

well, i gather chapter 11 of thou was where the rapefic was introduced. this pissed of mirabellawotr and caused some grievances with the story which ninglor had to come to a head. she left an uncomplimentary review anonymously (criticizing the characterization, largely). a shitstorm ensued. andraste_oz traced ninglor's IP address and exposed her identity. a big chatroom full of thou fans started trashing her. pretty soon, everyone knew she'd made the comment.

Aaahhh, the smell of wank in the, um, evening. Did you see that she's made an LJ icon out of her "Mithril winner" thing? I find that amusing considering that from what I've seen the response to the Mithril results has been largely dead silence.

Well, okay, I'd have found it amusing under any circumstances. The reaction of the hobbitslash community in general to the Mithril results just makes it better.
