i can't decide whether to growl or burst into tears. it is possible that i need a nap. it's the middle of the day! i thought i had it all figured out as seasonal depression! i don't like this!

yeah--i HAVE treatment, which does help. unfortunately, it can't do everything. i'm subjected to environmental stress (read: mother and sister).
