i've gone through the whole history of
lower_tadfield now. i.e., i truly and really HAVE exhausted all the good omens fic i think i'm going to be able to find. that leaves me with about sixty recs. (and actually, two novels bookmarked and saved for later.)
i was in the middle of star trek, planning to move on to sirius/remus.
bleh. i don't feel like wading through the utter garbage that is the kira/odo section of trekiverse tonight.
some time ago
brancher wrote a very small slash from the dwj novel based on norse mythology, eight days of luke. i said i thought it was too short. she enticed me to write more.
i mean, really, (i reasoned), there DOES need to be more of it, and it does sort of cry out to be written, maybe just a ficlet and not a whole... THINGY. so. i went through the hardback and paperback sf shelves at the house day before yesterday, or was it yesterday, and brought to the apartment several books that i haven't got copies of here: eight days of luke, the ogre downstairs, hexwood, deep secret and of course eight days of luke. 'm going to read 8dol next because as
wax_jism pointed out it's probably better to re-read girl with a pearl earring after watching it on christmas, not before.
k'sal IS sick, not just programming--i knew it.
