Date: 3 Jan 2004 10:06 pm (UTC)i'm not saying finding nemo is rife with subtext or anything, just that there are some canonical elements that can be suggestive. their obvious attachment to one another, the way nemo clearly swims the ring of fire only to impress gill, gill's sacrifice for nemo's sake, the fact that he's sort of the catalyst for nemo's growing up.
