the gray sky and the low pressure are making the kitties nesty.  tea's been curled up in both duvets all morning, and lily made a nest in the closet (on top of my mustard cords) as soon as it became apparent that i was going to keep cooking, not return to my desk chair and produce a lap again.

still no word from parental units, and nothing but bad news from k'sal.  ::sigh:: i'm sensing that time of year.  you know, the time that's... large and gray and hard to get over, like a big hill in the rain.
