scenes from "officer blue." chronologically this comes right before 110, which is the episode with danny-invites-mac-for-a-drink scene.

128 caps of the whole episode are in this gallery.

mac looks over danny's shoulder at the computer.

starting to sit down...

...made it?

but mac shifts closer.  his whole body is angled--even look at his arm on the desk.  danny's still absorbed in his explanation.

danny's started to get nervous.  notice fidgeting hands--heightened colour?

mac leans back a little, but he keeps his arm there.

but danny's able to shake it and go back to his explanation.

mac's thinking face.

i think there's a tinge of introspection to this look.

mac's introspection is obviously, this picture proves, due to danny's cuteness.  nobody could fail to notice.

now that he's aware of danny mac's angling his head closer, but holding his body still. danny's tilted his head in, too.

mac gets re-absorbed and stops paying attention to danny.

as soon as mac's attention is elsewhere the hard front starts to slip.

but as soon as danny looks away, mac's looking at him.

and we mean looking.  really looking.  and suddenly, whoa, a hint of a fidget?  (which danny doesn't see...)

danny's posture is a little more nervous too.  and mac's posture is... pulled-in, too.

danny watches mac's gestures.  is mac trying to kill him or what?

bonus! stella with a gun porn.

One of Danny's greatest, most secret fears is that Mac will get mad enough to kill him one day, and *no one will ever find the body*. Because Mac's clever like that. And has those elite Marine combat skills, to boot.

And, [heart] the caps muchly. As well as the body language analysis.

AHHAHAAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.

is that what danny's thinking right there? cause i thought it was more like "i want to lick his wrist".

Upon closer inspection, I believe it's a combination. "I want to lick his wrist," followed almost immediately by "Holy god he's going to kill me and no one's going to ever find my body except maybe 30 years from now some hunters up in Albany will stumble across this sad little skeleton under the floorboards of a shack in the woods and it'll be *me* only no one will ever know that because Mac is really smart and and and..."

Danny's head explodes a lot.

did you notice that in recycling, at random intervals--even at the station--mac keeps stopping to brush himself off?

:has this horribly silly idea about danny wanting to get a dog and mac getting really annoyed:

Oh, she's still here! She's just gathering her forces for the next round of "Star." And I'm *thinking* about one of those angst-free things, but at the moment I'm working on PWP Danny POV, at his insistence.

(the chocolate helps, though.)

Yes! Every time -- *brushbrushSIGHbrush* Then he'd stop the second anyone else walked up. It was damn funny.

And Mac would *so* freak if Danny wanted a dog.

"But, Mac, he'll live with me."
"And you're not bringing him over to my place."
"But--"
"And you're going to change your clothes after you walk him and before you come over."
"Yessir."

but mac knows the hair would get under danny's clothes. danny'd have to shower before he came over. but if it was a dog with long hair, or when the weather got warm in the spring, there'd be hair in all his clothes--still in them when they're fresh from the dryer. there's simply no escape.

maybe he would buy danny an air filter. (damn, i could so use one of those... .)

At this moment, next weekend looks good. I think it's the 16th and the 17th. And the rest of the week too.
