cimorenei just lost about HALF the music on my hard drive.
why?
i tried to delete one folder--which had NOTHING in it but "i'll never stop" by nsync and one of those disco remixes of "bye bye bye"--and it said, "this folder is too large to fit in the recycle bin; do you wish to delete it permanently?" um, ok. said yes. (that was the stupid part). and it proceeded to delete almost the whole directory of music that i got by copying cds to the hard drive (as opposed to downloading)--i'm left with a few britney albums, a bit of shakira, coco lee, for some reason... not even ten albums. WHY? i didn't do ANYTHING *whimper* and i didn't HAVE a hard copy of nelly furtado. i'm going to be downloading all afternoon now!
