in what universe is a good summary for a ficlet a sentence that describes something as "reassuring, comforting"? it's like saying summary:  his dick was little, small.

it looks like i won't be deported, but i've got to do some more running around for papers and stuff in another couple of days.

no, but i thought it added an appropriate element of horror to emphasise the frisson i got from the combination of redundancy and stilted writing in that singularly bad summary.
