so i stayed up until past 4:30 am sunday night monday morning between sunday and monday, because we had a great movie night--shiroi_chi and anglepoiselamp and i, that is, because wax went to work.  i think that i should always have movie night the night before an exam, because by that point you can't do any good by studying more anyway, and the movie night keeps you distracted and fills you with a sense of well-being that carries over to make you calmer and happier and more confident while taking the exam!  although it may be that i would be less exhausted at this precise moment if i had slept more than eight hours out of the last three days. 

we watched i ♥ huckabees and starsky & hutch and down with love, which was a light-hearted and hilarious constellation of viewing material. there was some REALLY cute stuff in the bonus material on i ♥ huckabees, and i capped it.  most significantly, there's

it's in the extras somewhere, deleted scenes or something like that. and i guess the elevator stuff was in outtakes. or i could be completely and totally wrong. i wouldn't have thought jude could break dance at all. at least, he's not a master, but he does a pretty good impression. whereas when jason does it he just kind of. waves his legs in the air.

Jude breakdanced once on a talk show a couple years ago, so I knew he could do it (and liked showing off).
