okay, it was probably not wise to spend the last five hours stuffing pillows and sewing them shut by hand. my fingers and thumbs are really sore.

on the other hand, my bed looks very cool. (pillows: green/white polka dot, cherry-sprigged unbleached, and goldish-chartreuseish-pea-soup-ish brocade). the pillows are also very comfortable.

and you know those reading pillows, the ones with the arm rests built into the sides okf them? usually with fat piping around the edges? so i cut one of them open to stuff one of my pillows, and they're stuffed with the most bizarre stuff--scraps of multi-colored cotton rags, not polyester at all, which you'd think would be cheaper. it was mostly this dark purply color, with lots of blue and flecks of white and green, etc, too. very, uhm, festive, if we weren't talking about pillow innards.

tv makes people insane. i've watched some of the weirdest things today. i can't wait until the tv is out of my room.

hm. okay, a long time ago mamahooch was having a bad day and i was going to write her some smut. well, she wanted some that i had lying around, only i didn't have any het or femme lying around, but i did have this rabid plot bunny. the upshot is: i haven't forgotten. i actually started writing this psychotic bunny, which is sort of singin' in the rain and which i figured would count as het even though it's a m/m/f threesome (or should i say m/f/m?). if you've seen singin' in the rain, the pairing (tripling? uhm.) should be very obvious.

it's my favorite movie ever. doing this is fascinating. it also means i couldn't just write a sex scene--haha. as if i could have done that anyway.

so i'm really trying to finish it, but there are several more scenes before i get around to the smut... . anyway, though, it isnominally for you. um, even though i guess you're no longer having a bad day? hm.

the other day, i changed my comment tags to "abject acquiescence" and "n sycophant(s)." this just struck me anew as fun and interesting. bad that the former was actually my dad's idea, i suppose. why am i thinking about this? it must be because it's the middle of the night.

going to birmingham to watch li-chan in the international tae kwan do finals today. that means i need to get dressed and eat breakfast. when i get home i'll paint chairs and suchlike. make curtains.
