the bar the characters go to in csi:ny is called "sullivan's." what kind of music is it going to play? is it really an irish bar, or is the name more likely the only irish thing about it? i've never been to any remotely irish bars.

wax_jism borrowed a swedish comedy from sister mary locquacious. it's called kopps, directed by the swedish-lebanese director josef fares. and it's really funny and cute, but the point is... actually there are two points, but they both involve screencaps.
+today in swedish class i broke my brain. see, i started mentally making the movie version of the slash story i'm not actually going to write about the 8' tall german guy1(cute in neurotic geeky way) and the polack. and immediately realised i would cast liev schreiber2 as the polack. and then when i asked myself about the g.g., i... couldn't come up with anyone who would be better and somehow ended up casting him as himself and then... slashing him with liev. on-set romance? "he's not an actor," said my brain helpfully. "then how would they meet?" i said, thinking i was laying the idea to rest. HAH. "he mentioned he was stranded in tunisia three days once,"3 said my brain. then they had to scoot close and share a paper, and somehow g.g. became even more fidgety than usual, folding himself like a very long grasshopper into his chair and bouncing both feet and--did i imagine that he was flushed? "i'm going to kill you now," i told my brain, which suggested that the fact that liev slightly resembles the polack but way older could be included in the story. someone may have written "mmmhagedifference" on my page of notes4.
+ yesterday i posted two cameraphone pictures of me and perry that are about a year old here formakesmewannadie, but there are always people who want to look at puppies, so.
1. actual height is i believe 6'9" or 6'7"
2. the object of my and wax's most recent mutual obsession. i mean guh.
3. yeah, i do usually have conversations with my brain like this.

+and there's a scene of torkel petersson as benny, to quote fares, ( shooting with his dick ) that takes the gun/dick thing, i think, about as far is it can possibly go. i know there are funny icons for use on fandom wank in there somewhere but i just haven't found them yet.
