Hey, if no other person ever, in the entire course of the universe, stopped the discussion to rebuke a POC for calling them racist, that would still be too soon. Seriously, if you completely inadvertently do something to cause a POC to think that you are racist, then something is seriously wrong if your first concern is your hurt feelings.

As for the people who are upset about how unfair it is that an unwished for accident of birth, ie being white, has brought them in for a share of automatic "blame" from some people for their automatic priviledge and expectations that they will work to raise their own awareness of that priviledge? Well, cry me a river. Everyone was placed somewhere by an accident of birth, and some people's problems are worse than being priviledged - like, for example, being unpriviledged.
