My aunt just unearthed this delightful portrait of my Great-Grandma Sylvia, my personal style icon. She emigrated from England to Canada alone at 18 and became a flapper and private nurse, where she met my great-grandfather, a Russian Jew who made a large fortune in opium and fur smuggling after fleeing the Russian Revolution; he courted her heavily before she agreed to go out with him (she divorced him a few years later, upon discovering - I think - that he was a cheater/asshole, and raised my grandfather mostly alone in NYC). My wonder-killing grandfather (ie, not the Libertarian one) is the adorable tot in the sailor suit. I have her hair!
- Disclaimer: I do not own the song this story is based on (and the title and cut), that is by Bell X1. I do not own the characters insinuated in this work of fiction. [I can't decide if the characters have been snuck into the story, or heavily hinted at by it.]
- Summary: Cas needs help. Deans' help
- Beta:My beta is currently asleep but I read it over a couple times and I'm pretty sure there aren't any errors.
- Jensen doesn't remember. Waking up in a place he doesn't know, surrounded by people he has no idea if he can trust, leaves Jensen feeling vulnerable and alone. But he's not alone, plagued by nightmares of a past he can't recall, the memories are there but just out of reach. But in the end, the struggle to find himself, may be more painful than the not knowing.
- Summary: When Jon dares Ryan to kiss Brendon during a game of truth or dare, Ryan feels something he isn't supposed to feel. And he won't admit that he feels it, never! Or will he?
