after four months

Another great indication of my state of mind is that we've been living here for four months and there's been a dead bug (of a class I won't name out of consideration for people's triggers) stuck to the wallpaper very high up near the ceiling behind my computer monitor all that time, one I noticed on the first day (albeit small and subtly colored enough that you had to sort of squint and look for it to see it). Until today I didn't bother to climb up and get it down with the hand-held vacuum. It's finally gone! RIP, long-departed pal.
