i got a package from amazon.co.uk containing an unwrapped gift (of a book, which i emailed them about a few weeks ago after spotting it in a bookstore) and the following note in the packing slip:

"From: Dad & Mom To: Cim Happy Chanukah--hope you like the surprise. How could you write a 10-line gift note-oh"
