Wax has been jonesing for some ordinary old manly black Docs, probably ever since the My Chemical Romance in A Clockwork Orange photoshoot (this is conjecture, though). I'm not very manly, though, like, ever, and not even very butch, although on occasion I can achieve baby dykey with a touch of girliness. So predictably enough, I fell in love with these instead, in the Zara juniors' department.



Playful and rugged simultaneously! Tomboyish and beribboned. Yeah, they're pretty much perfect. I wouldn't throw that blue velvet bag out of bed for eating biscuits either.

I should probably have a tag for shoes, shouldn't I?

Oh, those are lovely. And the dress. I wish I could wear little waify girly dresses like that, but alas, I am built like a brick... house, as the story goes.
