Last month I timed how long it would take to walk between the health centre and our flat because of how, now that the weather is nice and the twice-hourly bus has been replaced by an hourly one, I figured I'd want to do that. Only I didn't write it down and so I don't actually remember what my conclusion was.

In the previews for Iron Man I noticed that my second-favourite funny-faced movie boyfriend, Tim Roth, is going to be in the new Hulk movie, and just to clinch it so is Liv Tyler, so I am going to have to see it, which was disgruntling enough to last through a somewhat annoying trailer all the way into the beginning of Iron Man. That cheered me right up, though, because that's what a comic book movie should be. If there hadn't been so many Christian Louboutins in the film it might have been perfect. Well, that, and if it were about two hours longer, because I was ready for waaaayyyyyy more.

Wax has a swimsuit top so, even though it doesn't really match the bottoms, she can now go swimming! Provided the bottoms still fit, that is. I'm thinking I should try to start swimming regularly. It would be fun and might help shake out some of this hideous shoulder and neck tension, which has just recently started creating red-hot stabbing pains down the side of my spine. Yesterday I actually took ibuprofen for it.
