I gave an e-mail address to my grandmother again last Christmas because I know she uses it. (I have previously lost all my maternal relations' addresses because of the rampant spam-forwarding.) Aaaaaand she kicked it off with a spam forward about Jesus and has already followed it up with another "Subject: FWD: Fwd: Fwd" piece of shit. @£¤!&/^*{!! On the other hand, if I'd been in her address book, they wouldn't have forgotten to inform me when all three of my maternal great-grandparents died over the past 5 years or so. (My mom actually flew across the country for the funeral and never informed me - I found out in a sideline in an email about something else after she returned home.)

7am and it is pitch black outside except around the streetlights.

Wax has a tattoo appointment today. I tried to talk her out of going for Lilla My, and to get her to put it somewhere other than the upper arm, but she proved quite stubborn. Oh well, it could be worse. It could be a tribal tattoo or an ugly personal photograph or a sappy, soppy bit of poetry.
