actually i think it's a philosophical proposition something like, "if there is only one straw hat and aiba and jun both want it, jun will get the hat and aiba will meekly allow him to have it". i think "jun tops aiba" is only a slightly liberal translation!

or maybe it does mean jun's gay is greater.
