That's not stylable with CSS; it's part of the S2 core that all the styles are based on and I've never tried to change it. But I think this should work. Try putting the following lines in the Layout Layer (NOT the theme layer), near the beginning with the other lines of the format set something_something = "";:

set text_meta_location = "Current Location";
set text_meta_mood = "Current Mood";
set text_meta_music = "Current Music";
