These types of shoes always make me think of the 70s, which in turn mostly just makes me think of Starsky & Hutch. (My parents were also around in the 70s, but 1) my mom dressed like a girl and my dad dressed like a hobo and 2) I've never seen a remake movie starring Ben Stiller about my parents. [Thank Enya.])
